Based in Bolton we undertake planning drawings ,  planning applications ,  Building regulations for extensions ,  loft conversions ,  garage conversions and new build projects.

R B Architecture is a dedicated and imaginative practice providing a professional and creative architectural and design service. specialising in Planning Permission and Building Regulations.

We have many years experience with domestic and commercial properties including single/multiple storey extensions, loft conversions, conservatories and new build property.

We have full knowledge of all aspects and methods of construction giving us the ability to exercise our eye for cutting edge design combined with the ever increasing concerns with property energy performance.

We were planning extension work to our property and were recommended RBArchitecture by a mutual friend.

We contacted RBArchitecture back in January 2009 and from the initial phone call they showed true professionalism.  They arrived within a couple of days to take measurements of the house, have a chat regarding our requirements, which consisted of a 1st floor front extension with a pitched roof (initially the roof was flat at the rear) and a rear extension.

They went away and within 2 weeks they returned with the plans, which we went over, amendments were made to our specification mainly internal measurements of rooms etc. Replacements printed, They then proceeded to give advice and help with regards to the planning application.  Building work commenced in the summer.  

They made themself available whenever we required consultation, extra plans printing or general planning queries.
